481 Relationship between skin and subcutaneous tissue biomechanics and thickness in healthy subjects

The handheld Myoton device has been useful in a broad array of skin and soft tissue disease by measuring five biomechanical parameters: stiffness, frequency, relaxation time, decrement, creep. To understand the effect anatomy on these clinical biomarkers, we investigated relationship between parameters both (epidermis dermis) subcutaneous thickness measured High-Frequency Ultrasound (HFUS).
